First circumstance, visitors entering Thailand who are fully vaccinated but not from 63 listed countries are not required to complete 14-days quarantine. They must join either the Phuket Sandbox program or Samui Plus Sandbox programs, in order to enter Thailand. Before they can go to other parts of Thailand, visitors must stay for 7 nights at a designated SHA Plus Hotel in Phuket, Khao Lak, Krabi, Samui, Koh Phang Ngan, or Koh Tao as their choices. Second circumstance, international visitors who are not fully vaccinated or who are unvaccinated will be compelled to spend 10 days in a selected quarantine hotel in Bangkok, Phuket, or Samui before being allowed to travel to other parts of Thailand.
